For managers who supervise employees who report time via a timecard and hold more than one position on campus, created a filtered report may enable an easier view of tasks to complete. This filtered view can be used in conjunction with viewing the Timecard Workflow.
- Open My Team.
- Click Show More.
- Under Time, click Team Time Cards.
- Click Show Filters.
- Next to Time Card Period, click Clear.
- Under Status, select Submitted, In Error, and Incomplete.
- Wait a moment for the results to populate.
- Scroll up and click the Save button.
- In the *Name field, delete the text in the textbox and type in a name for the report (e.g. Awaiting Approval or Issues).
- Optional: Click the box to make this the Default view.
- Click OK.
To run the report:
- Follow steps 1-4 above.
- Under Saved Search, click the arrow to open the list of saved searches.
- Select the name of the report you created.
- Wait a moment for the results to populate.
