Create A Filtered Timecard View

For managers who supervise employees who report time via a timecard and hold more than one position on campus, created a filtered report may enable an easier view of tasks to complete. This filtered view can be used in conjunction with viewing the Timecard Workflow.

  1. Open My Team.
  2. Click Show More.
  3. Under Time, click Team Time Cards.
  4. Click Show Filters.
  5. Next to Time Card Period, click Clear.
  6. Under Status, select Submitted, In Error, and Incomplete.
  7. Wait a moment for the results to populate.
  8. Scroll up and click the Save button.
  9. In the *Name field, delete the text in the textbox and type in a name for the report (e.g. Awaiting Approval or Issues).
  10. Optional: Click the box to make this the Default view.
  11. Click OK.

To run the report:

  1. Follow steps 1-4 above.
  2. Under Saved Search, click the arrow to open the list of saved searches.
  3. Select the name of the report you created.
  4. Wait a moment for the results to populate.
