Fast Formulas - Security Roles

 

Security: What roles allow to access Fast Formulas

There exist two duty roles associated with Fast Formulas.  The Fast Formula View Duty allows access to view formula definitions for validation and calculations.  The Fast Formula Management Duty allows access to view and manage Fast Formula definitions for validation and calculations. 

There are a number of seeded Job Roles that inherit the Fast Formula View Duty.  At least one of the following Job Roles must be assigned to the user in order to view the Fast Formula task: 

  • Benefits Administrator
  • Benefits Manager
  • Benefits Specialist
  • Compensation Administrator
  • Human Capital Management Application Administrator
  • Human Resources Manager
  • Human Resources Specialist
  • Payroll Manager
  • Payroll Administrator

There are a number of seeded Job Roles that inherit the Fast Formula Management Duty.  At least one of the following Job Roles must be assigned to the user in order to view and manage Fast Formulas:

  • Benefits Administrator
  • Benefits Manager
  • Benefits Specialist
  • Compensation Administrator
  • Human Capital Management Application Administrator
  • Human Resources Manager
  • Human Resources Specialist
  • Payroll Manager

NOTE: Ensure that you also include the desired data roles, e.g. Compensation Administrator View All.
