Combining PDF Forms without Losing Unique Data

The first workaround is to combine the forms into a Portfolio instead of a single PDF file

1. Select all the PDF files you wish to combine
2. Right-click on the selected files
3. Choose the Combine option
4. Under the options select "make portfolio"
