NEO Agenda
New employees can expect to cover numerous topics related to their employment and experience at TWU. Our orientation covers pertinent HR-related topics, such as:
- Your employee benefits package
- Wellness programs and opportunities
- Pay periods and time submission practices
- Leave accruals
- Employee relations and conduct
- Compliance and safety training
- Employee development and resources
Additionally, other offices participate and offer information or presentations to welcome to new hires, such as Risk Management and Procurement.
While we seek to provide answers and information on many important topics, we understand that a lot of topics and details are covered during orientation. That is why in our orientation we place emphasis not just on the "what" (content) but also on the how and where to find information at TWU.
Employees can review the current orientation agenda here: NEO Agenda.
