Oracle Cloud (OC) is the Human Capital Managment (HCM) system for Texas Woman's University (TWU).  Oracle Cloud went live on November 1, 2023. The URL to access Oracle Cloud is https://oraclecloud.twu.edu and is accessible from both inside and outside TWU's network.
