Why can't I upload my syllabus or CV in Portal?

The syllabus and CV upload tools are made available to instructors on their hire date. [eg, if the hire date is January 16, then the tools will be visible on January 16]

If the tools aren't visible on the hire date, please contact the Technology Service Desk at 940-898-3971, servicedesk@twu.edu,techchat.twu.edu, or submit a request through the Technology Service Catalog.
