TWU Staff or Faculty may request an increase to the standard 2.6GB of email storage space in Exchange (Outlook). Increasing mailbox size may reduce Outlook performance.
As of 2014, TWU IT Solutions unilaterally increased the standard size of active employees Exchange mailboxes from 1GB to 2GB. In 2017, this was increased to 2.6GB. Requests for a further increase should be submitted by service request to the Technology Service Desk.
