Note: 

Make sure that the emergency addresses are up to date, otherwise, you will only be able to make calls to other people within the same company. Additionally, emergency calls placed from the RingCentral mobile app are handled by the native carrier and certain mobile devices will require that you grant permissions to the RingCentral mobile app to dial via the native dialer. TWU's isntallation of RingCentral requires updating the emergency contact info through Service.RingCentral.com
