Create a Pioneer Portal Announcement

Navigate to Pioneer Portal (
https://portal.twu.edu
) and log in.
On the start page, click
Submit Announcement
Fill out the Submit an Announcement form. The From Date/Time and the To Date/Time fields will determine when the announcement displays. The date of the event (if it is an event) should be put into the description text.
