This article is to assist Service Desk in submitting a ticket for Enrollment Verification requests.
Errors seen for this are usually the 3rd party's issue, please use the following steps to submit a ticket:
1. Navigate to the "Contact Us" web page: https://studentclearinghouse.org/contact/
2. Select / Clear the reCAPTCHA (I am not a robot) checkbox.
3. Who are you: "College or university"
4. What can we help you with: "Report a problem/Get help"
5. What do you need help with? "EnrollmentVerify"
6. How can we reach you: Fill out the fields (First Name, Last Name, etc - the School Name and Code for TWU is School Name: Texas Woman's University - School Code: 003646
7. Click Submit
8. On the next screen enter the problem (i.e. Provide the Student Name and Issue (Student is getting a blank screen)
Escalate to Business Apps/Web Team When:
If the issue is not resolved by the vendor, or the vendor requires TWU to take certain steps on our side
*Note: This is an ongoing issue Student Clearinghouse is aware of. Thus far, all fixes have been changes on their side.
