As an employee you have access to premier services including resting metabolic rate, aerobic fitness, lactate threshold (to determine exercise intensity threshold), bone density and body composition scan, and access to a dietitian. Finding Balance Friday, November 13, 2020 10:00am

Too many of us go to work and return home day after day, spreading ourselves more and more thinly over our personal and professional lives. This training takes a close look at how pressures and expectations from each sphere can become unbalanced, eating up our time and exhausting our determination. Learn how to get out of survival mode and into a steadier, more purposeful pace.  The following topics will be discussed in this course:

  • What makes balance seem impossible
  • What work-life masters do differently
  • Critically assessing your balance and satisfaction level

Personal and Professional Resilience Friday, December 4, 2020 10:00am

This training focuses on the flexible strength of resilient people, and the ways we can develop those qualities within ourselves. Evaluate your approach to the events and challenges that confront you, and learn what you can do to better insulate yourself from stressors.  The following topics will be discussed in this course:

  • Defining resilience
  • Identifying “untruths” that we believe
  • How to dispute these beliefs
