Installing LabScribe on a Personal Computer

To install LabScribe on your personal computer, please follow the steps below:

1. Register with the Vendor

• You must create an account with the vendor before downloading the software.

• Use your TWU-issued email address when registering.

2. Complete the User Registration Form

• Access the User Registration Form

• In the “Hardware/SN” field:

  • Enter the serial number from the classroom data acquisition device OR

  • Leave the field blank and provide an explanation of your software use case in the Notes section, as instructed on the form.

• If needed, you may obtain the classroom device serial number from your instructor.

3. Download the Software

• After registration is approved, navigate to the vendor’s download page:
  https://iworx.com/labscribe-software-download/

• Follow the instructions provided to download the latest version of the LabScribe software.
