Adding New Direct Deposit Information
Step 1) Login to Oracle Cloud at https://oraclecloud.twu.edu using single sign-on (SSO).
Step 2) Click on the Me tab.
Step 3) Navigate to Pay, then Payment Methods.
Step 4) Click add to enter new bank account.
Step 5) Enter the required banking details:
- What do you want to call this payment method? Create any title/name that will help you to easily identify which account this is.
- Payment type. Choose direct deposit.
- Bank details?
- Account Number
- Account Type (Checking or Savings)
- Routing Number (Found on a check or your banking website).
- If your bank's routing number is not found when you enter it, please contact Payroll at payroll@twu.edu with your bank's name and routing number. Payroll will set up your bank as an approved bank within Oracle Cloud.
- Type or scroll to find your bank routing number. The bank name and branch will populate once the routing number is selected.
- Click create:

Step 6) If there is only one direct deposit, it automatically populates to 100% of the Net Pay going to that account. If you wish to split the payment into other desired accounts, add each bank account using the steps above. Once a second bank account is created, the percentage or flat amount selected will populate:

Step 7) Designate the Deposit Type:
- Full Deposit: Deposits entire paycheck into this selected account.
- Partial Deposit: Deposits a fixed amount or percentage into this account (must have additional account created and added for the remainder).
Step 8) Verify that the correct account information is listed under Payment Methods.
Updating Existing Direct Deposit Information
Step 1) Login to Oracle Cloud at https://oraclecloud.twu.edu using single sign-on (SSO).
Step 2) Click on the Me tab.
Step 3) Navigate to Pay, then Payment Methods.
Step 4) Find the direct deposit(s) and select the three dots menu "..." on the bottom right hand side of the box.
- Select edit to make changes to percentage, flat amount, or account designation.
- Select delete to remove the account.
