What are the roles and responsibilities of the compensation team?

The TWU Human Resources Compensation team is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and creation of employee positions for all employee types, such as: staff, faculty, graduate workers, and student assistants. Compensation also manages all staff job descriptions as well as the salary range information for staff positions. Additionally, it is the role of the compensation team to regulate approvals of all additional compensation payments made to employees outside of their regular wages, like overtime payments, service awards, and task payments.
