Admin: How to Populate a Profile

To Create a Profile

Confirm the member has updated information within the Sedona System pertaining to the Web Profile Form. Web Profile forms are found on Google Drive.

  1. Access the College of the member: TWA, TWB, TWH, TWP, TWN
  2. Under Lists, select Members List.
  3. To the right of the member name, select the action to Edit.
  4. In the Position # field in the right middle box, enter: faculty, research, creative, cstaff, cfaculty, cresearch, ccreative depending on the form requested.
  5. Finally, select Save in the upper right hand corner.
  6. At the top of the following hour, the profile will be pushed online to the selected college on the following TWU marketing managed paged
