Background
The BlueZone FTP client is configured out of the box to default to the user's home directory on the host (which is the user's username).
This "Inital Host Directory" must be changed to the format 'PROD.yyy.AGIxxx' before the FTP will work. You can manually change this every time you run the FTP program, or you can configure the connection settings to have an "Initial Host Directory" value and the FTP program will change to the proper directory automatically.
Step-By-Step Instructions
To change the "Initial Host Directory" setting:
1. Start the FTP Program
2. Log on using your State of Texas User name/Password
3. Click the "Configure Session" button at the bottom of the FTP window, or select "Session -> Configure..." from the menu. The "Settings Viewer - Session Configuration" dialog is displayed.
4. Click the "Edit..." button. The "Edit Connection" dialog is displayed.
5. Fill in the "Initial Host Directory" value and press "OK" Include the single quotes around the value (i.e. 'PROD.USA.AGY731'). The "Edit Connection" dialog will close.
6. Click the "OK" button. The "Settings Viewer - Session Configuration" dialog will close.
