How to Share a Panopto Recording in Canvas
You can link or embed a Panopto Recordings in the Canvas Rich Content Editor (RCE) of your course. You can also share Panopto Recordings with other Canvas courses and sections or with multiple users.

How to Move a Panopto Recording to Another Course
You can move one Panopto Recording at a time from one Folder (Canvas Course) to another Folder (Canvas Course).

How to Copy Panopto Recordings
To make one Panopto recording available in multiple Canvas courses, to copy more than one Panopto recordings from one Canvas course to another, or to make one Panopto Recording available in multiple Canvas courses, please submit a Technology Service Desk email to start a ticket and include:
- The name(s) of the Panopto Recordings and the Canvas course they are currently available
- The name(s) of the Canvas courses to copy or move the Panopto Recordings
