There are three teams at TWU that build web-based forms: Technology Business Apps & Web Team, Marketing Web Team, and the Bursar's Office.
The answers to these questions will determine who builds the form:
1. Is payment required?
No - The Marketing Web Team will help build the form.
Yes - See below.
If payment is required . . .
2. Are TWU Portal credentials (username and password) needed for verification?
No - The Bursar's Office will help build the form.
Yes - The Technology Business Apps & Web Team will help build the form.
3. Does the form need to pull information from a TWU system (Colleague, Phoenix, etc.)?
No - The Bursar's Office will help build the form.
Yes - The Technology Business Apps & Web Team will help build the form.
