Report a damaged access card, malfunctioning card reader, or a door not reading correctly.

You can use this service to request access for an individual or for a group. All requests for access to spaces within the Health Sciences Center on the Denton campus must be directed to hscrequests@twu.edu due to the number of high security areas within the building.

Use this form to make requests for changes to building schedules. Most requests will be related to events scheduled outside of regular hours. Only Faculty and Staff may submit this form.

This service is strictly for students enrolled in a 100% online program who are located more than 50 miles from any TWU campus and require a TWU ID card for proof of student status.
