Building Schedule Change Requests

Schedule change requests may be submitted by faculty and staff only. Before submitting, have the following information ready:

  • Building number
  • Room number
  • Purpose of the change
  • Effective date or date range — this applies to both one-time events and recurring schedule changes such as summer or holiday hours

If you need a building to remain unlocked outside of standard hours, you can submit a building schedule request up to 30 days before the schedule change needs to take effect but no less than 24 hours before that effective time. Please note that all dates in a single request must fall within the same Monday–Sunday week. For access needed across multiple weeks, please submit a separate ticket for each week.
