Message that I am out of email storage space
I cleared my emails significantly in my TWU gmail account but senders still receive a notice that my mailbox is full and that I will not receive their message when, in fact, I am still receiving messages. How do I resolve this? Do I also have to clear Outlook even though I already cleaned my email in the TWU Gmail account?

Please contact the TWU Technology Service Desk to determine if the issue is a conflict between Outlook and Gmail.
