Outlook Users find that "good" email was diverted to Outlook-Junk folder. Outlook provides options for Junk E-mail handling, including moving back to Inbox, adding to Safe Senders list.
- Within the Junk E-mail folder, drag any email(s) directly to the desired folder located in the Outlook folder pane.
- Right-click on a specific email, then select Never Block Sender (individual), or Never Block Domain (ex. @twu.edu) to ensure the desired emails are added to the Safe Senders List and will not be diverted.
