Why do I keep getting messages to upgrade my Internet Explorer browser?

If you are working on campus, we use an older version of the Internet Explorer browser. It is the version that works with our versions of Oracle (Phoenix) and Ellucian Datatel (Colleague). Client Services are testing IE11; when possible, we will widely release the newer browser!
