Adding to Blocked Senders list in ProofPoint

Summary

Use Proof Point Blocked Senders list to block SPAM or any malicious e-mail messages from that sender.

Body

​Open the daily report from Proof Point or navigate to https://0000ba01.pphosted.com:10020/euweb/login. If any mail should be reported as SPAM, click Report Spam to the left of the list of delivered messages.

  1. If there are no SPAM or malicious messages listed, click Manage My Account -> user Lists, click Blocked Senders List.
  2. When that opens, click New above the username.
  3. Enter the domain to be blocked, for example, @bogus.mail.com, and click Save.

To stop daily End User Digest emails, navigate to https://0000ba01.pphosted.com:10020/euweb/login

  1. Click on Profile
  2. Remove the check from the Send digest even when I have no messages in my End User Digest box
  3. Save
