How to Contact Your Advisor

Learn how to contact your assigned academic advisor through Stellic using the Home or Messages tab. This article provides steps for sending a message and tips for including information that will help your advisor respond to your question or concern.

Stellic allows students to communicate with their assigned academic advisor directly through the platform.

Send a Message to Your Advisor

1. Navigate to https://stellic.twu.edu/
2.  Sign in using your TWU email address and password
3. Complete Multifactor Authentication (MFA) when prompted
4. From the Home tab, locate your assigned advisor or select the Messages tab
5. Select your advisor to open the messaging option
6. Enter your question or message
7. When contacting your advisor, include enough information to help them understand what you need assistance with. For example:

• The reason you are contacting your advisor
• The course, degree requirement, or academic concern you have questions about
• Any relevant dates or deadlines

8. Review your message and select Send

Your message will be sent to your advisor through Stellic.
