Texas Woman’s University uses CollegeNet 25Live to manage and request space for campus events, meetings, and academic activities. If this is your first time accessing CollegeNet 25Live, your account will be created automatically when you sign in using your TWU username and password. After logging in, submit a ticket (link will be provided) to request access to the appropriate user group.

How to Sign in

  1. Click the link: (link will be provided)
  2. Click Sign In in the top-right corner
  3. Enter your TWU email and password

Your account will be created during this initial login. 

Requesting Access to a User Group

After signing in, you will need additional permissions to submit or manage event requests. These permissions are assigned through user groups. 

To request access: 

  1. Submit a ticket: (link will be provided)
  2. Include:
    • (not sure what information is needed to add a user to a group)
    • Your TWU username
    • Staff/Faculty/Student
    • The type of access or scheduling needs you have (if known)
