Access to TWU Email (Emeritus faculty)

This provides step-by-step instructions for Emeritus to access their TWU email using Microsoft O365 portal. 

Steps to check your Email

• Open a web browser( Chrome, Safari, Firefox..)
• Go to Microsoft Office Portal or click on https://portal.office.com and Enter.
• Sign in with TWU email address (e.g. APerson@twu.edu)  Click Next.
• Type TWU Password and click sign In. Forgot password? Reset it. 
• After a password change, wait about 10 minutes before signing on to Google.
• If immediate assistance is required, please contact the IT Service Desk Phone: 940-898-3971.
• Verify multi-factor authentication (MFA) Article - Turning on Multi-Factor-Aut... . You may receive a code on your phone. Scan or Enter and click Verify to continue.
• On the office portal homepage, click the outlook icon(envelop icon with O). This will open your email inbox.

•  You can now manage emails as usual.

Troubleshooting:

2. When typing your password make sure Caps Lock is off.
