	- Open the Outlook Classic app
 
	- Select Folders on the left side pane, scroll down until you see Public Folders.
	Note: If you do not see Folders on the left, click the More Apps icon.
	
 
	- Scroll down to the bottom, and click the arrow to expand Public Folders - username@twu.edu
 
	- Expand All Public Folders, and then browse to the specific folder.
 
	- Right-click on the folder, select Add to Favorites. 
 
	- An Add to Favorites dialogue box displays. Click Add.
 
	- This adds the folder to the Favorites list within the Public Folders - username@twu.edu folder on the folder pane.
 
	- Expand the Favorites folder under Public Folders - username@twu.edu
 
	- Right-click on the specific folder, select Show in Favorites. This step will place the folder into the main Favorites shortcut list on the Email pane view of Outlook. 
 
To add a public folder calendar to the Favorites list, follow steps 1-7. Access through the Calendar tab.
