Colleague-Look Up a Course Code (SECT)

For faculty and staff

​1. Open the SECT mnemonic in Colleague.
2. In the Course Section LookUp box, enter the course information in this format:2021SP LS*5843*15​ and press ENTER.
(Prior to Spring 2021, the format was 20/FA LS*5843*15)
3. Click on the course from the search results.
4. The course code will show next to Synonym: which is under the Start/End date.

This process will then execute a refresh of the data which can then be viewed via the SQL report named Semester Payment Status.
