View Timecard Workflow

For managers who supervise employees who report time via a timecard and hold more than one position on campus. These steps allow the manager to view the status of the timecard among the various positions. The timecard is a single entity tied to the person for the single time period. All active assignments flow through the single timecard. These workflow views can be used in conjunction with a filtered timecard report.

For managers who supervise employees who report time via a timecard and hold more than one position on campus. These steps allow the manager to view the status of the timecard among the various positions. The timecard is a single entity tied to the person for the single time period. All active assignments flow through the single timecard. These workflow views can be used in conjunction with a filtered timecard report.

  1. Click Notifications (bell icon, upper right)
  2. Click Show All
  3. Click All
  4. A list of notifications will appear. Note: “Action Required” will typically appear before “Approved”
  5. Click on the task name to open it
  6. Click History and scroll past the Section and State or Participant view the Task Start (see screenshots below)
