Access and print your W2

You may choose to access (print, and/or save) your W-2 in either Oracle (if on campus or connected to VPN) or Pioneer Portal. These are instructions for Pioneer Portal.

ADP W-2 Services (2024 and Beyond) 

Current employees are able to obtain a copy of the W-2 form for 2024 and beyond in ADP W-2 Services. Please see instructions for Accessing W-2 Form.

In Oracle Cloud (2023)

1. Access oraclecloud.twu.edu
2. Log in using Company Single Sign-On
3. Click the Home icon
4. In Me, click Show More
5. Under Pay, click Year-End Documents
6. Click the link to the relevant W2. A PDF will download.
7. Open to save and/or print the PDF.

In Pioneer Portal (2022 and previous)

Access and print

1. Access https://portal.twu.edu/w2.asp
2. In the ---select one--- dropdown, select a year
3. Click GO!
4. Click Printer Friendly.
5. Save and/or print.

If you see overflow text on page 2, it is not needed.

You may choose to print page 1 and page 3 or print to PDF and edit the pages.

Save/print to PDF, remove page 2 and print

1. Print to PDF
2. Open PDF in Acrobat DC
3. Select Organize Pages
4. Select page 2
5. Click the trashcan icon
6. Click Close on the upper right
7. Save
8. Print
