Duplicate Blank Emails Being Sent

If a user is experiencing an occasional blank email being sent after they send a new email message, please check the following settings:

  1. Select Settings icon then click Options
  2. Click Settings, then Disabling read receipts for Microsoft Office 365 mailbox
  3. Under read receipts, select Never send a response
  4. Click save
