Google Forms in Outlook Email

Body

When sending a Google form, there is an option to include the form in the body of the email.

In certain versions of Outlook, the recipient may not be able to complete and submit the form in the Outlook application.

  • The recipient can click on the "fill it out in Google Forms" link to complete the form online.
  • The recipient may choose to select their choices in the email and send it as a reply; however, the responses will have to be manually entered into the form or form response spreadsheet.

Anyone using web-based email (such as Google) should be able to complete the form in their email application.
