Perform a Channel Scan (Charter Cable TV Service)

Body

  1. Press the “Menu” button on your remote or search for the “Menu” from your TV
  2. Go to “Setup” or “Settings”
  3. Go to “Installation” or “System” or “Channels”
  4. Go to “Scan channels”, “Program channels”, “Autoscan”, “Autoprogram”
  5. Press “Select” or “Enter” or “OK” to start the scan
  6. For troubleshooting needs please call 1-800-314-7195

*Let the Charter Care Rep know you are a TWU employee and need assistance scanning your TV for the line-up
