Clear browser cache and cookies

Google Chrome

1. In Chrome, press CONTROL + SHIFT + DELETE on your keyboard (COMMAND + SHIFT + DELETE on Mac). A checklist will appear.
2. Set “time range” to “all time” 
3. Put a check next to "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data"
4. Click the "Clear data" button.
5. Close and restart Chrome.

Mozilla Firefox

1. In Firefox, press CONTROL + SHIFT + DELETE on your keyboard (COMMAND + SHIFT + DELETE on Mac). A checklist will appear.
2. Set the time range to clear dropdown box to "Everything"
3. Put a check next to "Cache" and "Cookies", uncheck all other options.
4. Click Clear Now.
5. Close and restart Firefox.
 

Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Select “Preferences” from the dropdown Safari menu.
  3. Click on “Privacy,” then on “Manage Website Data.”
  4. Click on “Remove all” from the dropdown menu.

Edge

  1. Launch Microsoft Edge and go to the “more” menu and select “Settings.”
  2. Scroll to “Clear browsing data,” and then select “cookies and saved website data” and then select clear.

Internet Explorer

1. In Internet Explorer, press CONTROL + SHIFT + DELETE on your keyboard. A checklist will appear.
2. Put a check next to "Temporary Internet Files and website files" and "Cookies and website data"
3. Uncheck all other options, including "Preserve Favorites website data".
4. Click the Delete button
5. Close all Internet Explorer windows for a few seconds and then re-open Internet Explorer.
