Share a Saved Search in 25Live

When you save and run a search in 25Live, you have the option to share it with other users. When you do this, a separate copy of the search is created under the other user’s account. They can then use, rename, or modify the shared search independently.

How to Share a Saved Search

  1. Create or Select a Saved Search
    • You can create and save a new search, or
    • Load an existing saved search.
  2. Access the Share Option
    • After running your search, open the Search Actions menu.
    • Select Share.
  3. Share with Individual Contacts
    • In the Contacts field, start typing the names of the users you want to share the search with.
    • 25Live will suggest matching names.
    • Select the desired users, click Done, then choose Share.

Note: The users must have logged into 25Live at least once to appear in the list.

  1. Share with a Group
    • You can also share a search with an entire security group.
    • Check the Share by Group box to reveal a searchable dropdown list.
    • Begin typing or scroll to find and select the desired group.
  2. Finalize the Share
    • Click the Share Search button to complete the process.
    • The confirmation window will close automatically upon success.
    • To exit manually, use the X in the upper-right corner.
  3. Repeat as Needed
    • Follow these steps again to share your search with additional contacts or groups.
