Sometimes, I'll see a notification in Oracle Cloud for a task to complete, but when I click on it, nothing appears.
We have discovered that notifications in Oracle Cloud run a bit behind actions taken in Oracle Cloud and/or email. You likely already completed the task and Oracle Cloud needs some time to clear its "cache." You can always confirm by going to your Home page in Oracle Cloud, scrolling down to Things to Finish and clicking the number under Assigned to Me. If everything has a completed status (e.g. FYI or Approved), then the system is just running behind.
