Accessing Employee Payslips

This article provides instructions for accessing and downloading payslips. Section 1 covers payslips dated December 2023 to present in Oracle Cloud. Section 2 outlines how to locate payslips from November 2023 and earlier in the Pioneer Portal.

Section 1: Oracle Cloud Payslips (12/2023 – Present)

1. Login to Oracle Cloud Using the Company Single Sign-On

2. Select the home page icon

3. Navigate to Me > Pay > My Payslip

4. Download payslips by selecting the boxes for desired payslips, then select the Export Button.

5. Overview of checks past and present will be seen in the center. The overview has four categories to review by pay period:

• Earnings

• Deductions

• Net Pay Distribution (best to see how it is broken up if there are multiple direct deposit accounts)

• Payslip Preview (single payslips can be downloaded here as well as the first step shown above

Section 2 – Pioneer Portal Payslips (11/2023 – Past)

1. Login to Pioneer Portal.

2. Click My Tools.

3. Click Faculty/Staff Tools.

4. Click Payslip (Historical: FY2022-2023 and older).
