RingCentral Power Cycle a RingCentral Phone
If the small black cord with round end is present on the right side of the phone (if phone is facing up), left side if upside down. Unplug it and plug it back in.
If the cord is not present, disconnect from wall, by unclipping network cable under the phone with a "network picture" right next to the round hole. The other picture is a "computer picture."
As soon as you unplug it the phone will go dark. Wait 4 seconds and plug it back in.
