Pavilion Reservation (East Campus)

The Pavilion located on the east side of the Denton campus is an open, public space. Although primary public, it can; however be reserved for classes, meetings, events, etc.

RESERVATION:

• The space can be reserved by contacting University Scheduling: https://twu.edu/scheduling/ 
• If Facilities support is required for the reservation, submit a request* to FMC: https://twu.edu/fmc/

RATES:

• Reservation Rate = $100. (this only applies to Non-E&G departments).  IDT will be the method of payment so an account number will be required. If sponsoring a non-TWU entity, FMC will still require an account number for the IDT. The department can arrange for reimbursement from the non-TWU entity however they choose.
• Equipment rental/setup - will be structured the same way as Conference Services: https://twu.edu/conference-services/reservations-and-information/event-equipment/ 

           *Note: the request itself for Pavilion support will go to FMC with listed rates also requiring an account number for IDT.

RULES:

• Regular hours are 7am - 7pm (unless otherwise arranged through a reservation)
• Confirmed reservations take priority for the space
• Breakable containers are prohibited in the Pavilion area
• Place all trash in the provided Pavilion receptacles

• TWU prohibits tobacco use on TWU Property (this includes vaping): https://public.powerdms.com/TWU1/documents/1745835 
• TWU is not responsible for lost or stolen items
• Please be respectful of other patrons in the area
