The SQL Reporting Portal provides access to the university's operational reports that combine data from multiple campus systems into easy-to-use reports. These reports allow you to view and analyze groups of data, such as course schedules, enrollment, grades, faculty information, and other institutional data.
Unlike Oracle Cloud or Colleague, which are used to view or update individual records, SQL Reports are designed to provide aggregate data for reporting and analysis. Report data is refreshed nightly and represents a snapshot of information from university systems.
Access Requirements
Before accessing the SQL Reporting Portal, ensure that:
- Ask your supervisor to submit a Technology Service Request specifying the report folders you need (Supervisor approval is required as part of the access process).
- If accessing student or academic data, you have completed FERPA training in Bridge.
You are connected to the TWU network, either:
- On campus, or
- Through the TWU VPN when working remotely.
Note: The portal is only available while connected to the TWU network or VPN.
