Bridge for Supervisors

Analytics & Reporting

  1. Access twu.bridgeapp.com
  2. Click Analytics on the Left 
  3. Click Transcript
  4. Click Manager Group Name and select your team (type your name to search)
  5. Choose other fields to customize
  6. Click 3 vertical dots on the right
  7. Click Schedule Delivery and complete fields
  8. Click Save

Make Edits

  1. Return to Analytics
  2. Click Transcript
  3. Click the three vertical dots in the upper right
  4. Click Schedule Delivery
  5. Click the 3 vertical dots next to the report
  6. Click Edit
  7. Make changes, and click Save

Assign Courses

  1. Access twu.bridgeapp.com
  2. Click Author (on the left)
  3. Find a course and click the course name
  4. Click the Learners tab below the summary
  5. Click Add Learner on the right
  6. Click where it says Enter a Name to find a learner
  7. Type in the first and last name of someone you supervise
  8. Click the person's name and they'll be enrolled into the course
