Where can I find/access previous courses in canvas? I can see some of them but not the last course I took last semester (spring 2021)

There is a lot of information available on when you can see or not see Canvas courses on your Dashboard in this Canvas Student Guide: How do I view all my Canvas courses as a student?
Course are not avaialble in Canvas for students to access one year after the end of the semester, by default. If you cannot see the Canvas course for the semester that was just completed, the instructor has set the last day that the course can be accessed by students and that date has passed.
