Why can't I see the From field in Outlook?

In the Outlook Client

  1. Create a new email
  2. Select the Options tab
  3. Click the From icon in the Show Fields section
  4. Select From and choose which email address you want to use. (Hint: Selecting Public Folders from the Global Address list may help)

  1. Create a new email

  2. Select More actions > Show From to see the From line.

  3. Right-click your email address > select Remove

  4. Manually type in the email address you want to use
