How do I check my Outlook mailbox space?

Outlook is the email system that faculty and staff use. Students use Gmail.

To check your Outlook mailbox usage:

1. Log in to Outlook webmail https://owa.twu.edu
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
3. Click Options.
4. Click General from the menu on the left side of the screen.
5. Click My account.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and a graph appears showing mailbox usage.
