Software Assessment and Implementation

Features

A software assessment will be provided if (1) adequate resources are available, (2) redundancy of software is avoided, and (3) timelines are set that are best for TWU and not vendor-driven. The implementation process may include ADA compliance and a bid for quotes.

Description

The Third Party Software Assessment process may include:

  • Assistance in defining the business requirements (needs and processes)
  • Assistance in identifying software features critical to support the business requirements
  • Assistance with request for proposal (RFP) process
  • Assistance with selection process
  • Assistance with purchase process

The Third Party Software Implementation process may include:

  • Risk Assessment
  • Single Sign On Authentication
  • Data Import/Export
  • Assistance with system configuration
  • Backups are scheduled (when hosted in-house)
