Self-Enrollment Instructions for Blackboard Organizations

Various BB Organizations are setup to allow employees with a Blackboard account to search and self-enroll. Employees without a TWU Blackboard account should submit a service request through the Technology Service Desk.

To Self-Enroll in an Blackboard Organization

  1. Log into Blackboard.
  2. Click the Organizations tab.
  3. In the Organization Search box, type one or two words to locate the appropriate Organization.
  4. Click Go.
  5. Locate the appropriate Organization in the search results.
  6. Using the pull-down menu next to the Organization ID, select Enroll.

Suggested Search Terms

  • FERPA – Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act Training (Registrar’s Office)
  • Safety – Environmental Health & Safety Training (Risk Management)
  • Cash – Cash Handling Training (Bursar’s Office)
  • Compliance – TWU Ethics and Compliance Hotline Training (Compliance Office)

Please note, not all employees need complete all trainings.
