Colleague-Using SLC to Create a Savedlist of Colleague IDs

Prerequisite

Staff member must have Colleague Mnemonic SLC available through the ST – Student System.

  1. Navigate to Colleague.
  2. Enter Portal username and password and click Sign In.
  3. At the top of the screen, choose Navigation > Application > ST.
  4. At the upper-left corner of the screen, in the Form Search field, type SLC and then click Search.
  5. Enter any Selection ID to be used as the name of the saved list and then click OK.
  6. Click Add to accept the name of the new saved list. Otherwise, click OK to go back to the menu.
  7. For (I)ndividuals, (C)orporations, or (B)oth, select I Individual from the drop-down menu.
  8. Next to Select Specific Individuals, click the icon.
  9. Enter the individual IDs. Social security number can also be used. Copy and paste is allowed here. At the top of the page, click Save after all individuals have been entered.
  10. A dialog box will appear, click Update.
  11. In the Execute Select Sentence field, type Y.
  12. At the top of the screen, click Save.
  13. Another dialog box will appear, click Update.
  14. In the next dialog box, click OK.
  15. In the last dialog box, click Finish.
