Phone Forwarding in Denton, Dallas, and Houston

Phone Forwarding

There are two types of forwarding available: all and partial. If all call forwarding is set, all calls to that extension are immediately forwarded to voicemail, a desired Campus extension, or to an external “off-campus” phone number. If partial forwarding is set to forward to voicemail or to a desired off-campus number the phone will forward the call after the extension is not answered after several rings or if the extension is busy.
